Buy PhotoThe University of Tennessee at Chattanooga football program will be eligible for the 2010 postseason according to the conditional relief from its Academic Progress Rate (APR) penalties recently granted by the NCAA. UTC had one of its most successful semesters in the classroom during the fall and relief from another postseason ban is based on the team recording a 900 score for the entire 2009-10 academic year.

Buy PhotoFormer Mocs Josh Beard (2008-09) and Josh Cain (1999-02) were both named to the SouthernPigskin.com Southern Conference All-Decade team this week. Both were top defensive players during their time at UTC. Cain was a two-time All-American and led the nation in tackles in 2002. Beard was an All-American last season and the 2009 Southern Conference Defensive Player of the Year.
