The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga women's tennis match against UAB was cancelled today due to weather. Rain and lightening in the area kept pushing the start time back from 2:00 p.m. (E.D.T.) and the forecast did not look to improve as the afternoon progressed.
With this being a non-conference match, the coaches decided to cancel the contest instead of trying to wait out a 3-4 hour rain delay. The Lady Mocs are back in action on Sunday, April, hosting Appalachian State. Match time is set for Noon on the UTC Tennis Courts.
