To be eligible, student-athletes must carry at least a 3.3 cumulative grade point average entering the spring season and were required to compete in at least one-half of their team's competitions during the recently-concluded spring campaign. In addition, the student-athletes must have successfully completed at least 24 credit hours in the previous two semesters.
Senior Stephen Jaeger (Munich, Germany) and junior Alex Ratliff (Kingsport, Tenn.) represented the SoCon and NCAA Regional Champion men's golf team while junior Jackson Tresnan (Apopka, Fla.) represented the men's tennis squad. Senior Chris Berry (Murfreesboro, Tenn.) was one of nine in the SoCon to post a 4.0 g.p.a. He was joined by outdoor track & field teammates senior Emmanuel Kirwa (Kapsabet, Kenya), juniors Mark Cole (McKenzie, Tenn.), John Gilpin (Nashville, Tenn.) and Nathan Wanuch (Mississauga, Ontario) and sophomore Drew Austell (Eads, Tenn.).
Senior Maria Juliana Loza (Bucararmanga, Colombia) represented the SoCon Champion women's golf team while five members of the softball squad were honored, including senior Michelle Fuzzard (Huntington Beach, Calif.), junior Sara Poteat (Thomaston, Ga.) and sophomores Layne Rainey (Clarksville, Tenn.), Stephanie Rieck (Chandler, Ariz.) and Kaiti Dutton (Tulsa, Okla.). Seniors Shaina Singh (Vancouver, B.C.) and Brianna Wishing (Murfreesboro, Tenn.), junior Jenna Nurik (Roswell, Ga.) and sophomore Alexa Flynn (Memphis, Tenn.) represented the women's tennis team.
