CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. --- The Chattanooga Mocs open Southern Conference play Saturday with Davidson coming to town. It is a doubleheader with the Lady Mocs taking on Furman at 5 p.m. The men's game is slated to begin at 7:30 p.m.

To celebrate the SoCon opener for the Mocs, there are a few promotions available. These are meant to attract students as well as the casual fan.

GOLD RUSH
All fans are encouraged to wear gold to the game. There will be free GOLD RUSH t-shirts for the student sections while supplies last. 

HALFTIME ACT
Atlanta's Air Elite is invading McKenzie Arena performing at halftime of both games in the double header. The well-travelled act is a high-flying, high-energy slam dunk show.

SOCON HOME TIPOFF
In honor of the first conference home game, fans can purchase $2 general admission tickets for the Mocs game. These tickets can be purchased in advance or at the door. The Lady Mocs SoCon Home Tipoff is this Thursday, November 29, against Wofford at 7 p.m. Fans can purchase $2 tickets as part of the women's package that night. 

BI-LO BOGO
The BI-LO BOGO deal is back for 2012-13. Fans get Buy 1, Get 1 Free tickets (or equal or lesser value) by showing their BI-LO BONUSCARD when purchasing tickets gameday at the arena for men's and women's SoCon games in McKenzie Arena.

Tickets are available one of three ways. Fans can call 266-MOCS (6627) or come by the Gate 1 McKenzie Arena Ticket Office. Box office hours are 10 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Gates open an hour in advance of tipoff on game days.

Fans can also log onto GoMocs.com at the link above to purchase and print at home. For the remainder of the season, use the promo code #GoMocs to buy $5 general admission tickets and print at home for savings in your pocket and on your watch bypassing ticket lines.

Chattanooga is at home for six of its seven December contests. Davidson (12/1), Eastern Kentucky (12/8), Mercer (12/16), Reinhardt (12/21) and the Dr Pepper Classic (12/28/29) are home dates, while the Mocs visit LSU on the 10th.
