- One of the top juniors in Scotland, Ewan earned a spot on the 2013 Scottish entry in the European Men’s Team Championship.
- Won the Scottish Hydro Boys’ Order of Merit as top junior golfer for 2012.

2013-14
- SoCon All-Freshman.

- One of two Mocs (Davis Bunn) to start in all 12 events…counted 28 of 35 rounds.
- Averaged 74.29 strokes per round…that dropped to 73.41 over his final 27 rounds after slow start.
- Two top 10’s  with one top 5…best was tie for third at Bridgestone Golf Collegiate shooting 2-under.
- 10 par or better rounds with a low of 67 (-5) in the second round of the AutoTrader.com Collegiate…his 5-under par 211 there was his top 54-hole total on the season.
- Three eagles, 86 birdies and 383 pars playing par or better nearly 75 percent of his holes…highs of five birdies (SoCon Champ 1st round) and 15 pars (Brickyard Coll. 1st round)…tourney bests of 11 birdies (AutoTrader) and 40 pars (Brickyard/Linger Longer).

SCOTLAND
- Fashioned a remarkable junior record transitioning well into men’s events prior to arriving in Chattanooga in 2013.

- Posted top 20’s in the following men’s events in 2013: Battle Trophy (T2nd), South African Amateur (T3rd), Irish Amateur (T4th), Australian Master of the Amateurs (5th), South African Stroke Play (T5th), Scottish Open Stroke Play (T16th), St. Andrews Links Trophy (T17th) and the Lytham Trophy (T18th).
- Won the Scottish Hydro Boys' Order of Merit as the top junior golfer in his homeland in 2012…his 840 points easily out-distanced his nearest competition by 202…posted 2012 wins at the Golf Data Lab Scottish Youths Open Stroke Play Championship, Fife Boys Stroke Play and the Faldo Junior Series Scottish Qualifier.
- In all, he had nine top 5’s with his three wins, two seconds, two thirds and two fifths for that calendar year.
- Runner-ups came at the Paul Lawrie Foundation Scottish Boys Championship and the Faldo Series Grand Final.
- Chose Chattanooga over Georgia Southern, Coastal Carolina and Southeastern Louisiana.
