CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.---The Chattanooga Mocs men's golf team is back in action Monday at the Old Waverly Collegiate. The two-day, 54-hole event is played at the Old Waverly Golf Club Monday and Tuesday with a strong field intact. Chattanooga is one of 10 teams ranked in the top 100 collegiate in the 15-team field.
The Mocs look to find a spark prior to the start of championship season. This weekend's five-some includes: Liam Johnston, Ewan Scott, Wes Gosselin, Andrew Weathers and Kory Webb.

2014 Results: Davis Bunn tied for ninth at -1 (215) to lead the Mocs to a tie for 5th at the Old Waverly Collegiate. The squad followed an opening round 295 by shooting 283 and 289. Mississippi State won at 5 under, one ahead of Cincinnati. Marco Iten (Austin Peay) and Barrett Edens (Miss. St.) tied for first at -9.

Last Time Out: Chattanooga finished ninth at the Furman Intercollegiate shooting 891 (+27). Wes Gosselin led the squad at 3 over 219. Andrew Weathers was one behind tied for 25th at 4 over.
Next Up: The Mocs travel to Pinehurst, N.C., April 19-21, for the Southern Conference Championship. The event returns to National Golf Club.
