Erin Weaver joined the UTC athletic training staff in August 2010 and is currently working as the athletic trainer for the women's basketball team and serves as the insurance coordinator for the athletics department.

Prior to her arrival at UTC, Erin spent three years as an assistant athletic trainer at Charleston Southern where she was responsible for the health care of the women's soccer, men's and women's cross country and track and field teams. Additionally, she taught a practicum course for the undergraduate athletic training program at CSU.

In 2008, Erin presented at the South Carolina Athletic Trainers' Association Annual Meeting on functional rehabilitation techniques.

Prior to CSU, Ms. Weaver graduated with a Masters of Arts degree in Physical Education with an emphasis in Sports and Fitness from the University of Central Florida where she also worked with volleyball team. Erin's undergraduate degree is from Valdosta State University where she majored in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training

She is native of Lawrenceville, GA and enjoys spending time with family, friends and her dog.
