The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Athletics Department, in conjunction with the Mocs Club, is introducing an initiative to reconnect with former student-athletes, cheerleaders, managers, trainers and coaches. The C Club is formally launching today with the purpose of promoting lifelong bonds and friendships among its members and UTC Athletics.
All former Mocs invested immeasurable time and energy into building a tradition of success in the classroom, in competition and in the community, at UTC. Members of the C Club will continue to serve as ambassadors for Mocs Athletics, while strengthening their relationships with their alma mater.
“Reestablishing a letterwinner’s club was something I felt was very important,” stated UTC Vice Chancellor and Director of Athletics David Blackburn. “Strong bonds are formed during competition and this is a way for us to foster those relationships long after graduation. I look forward to watching the C Club grow into an involved group of former Mocs.”
Initial membership into the C Club is free for all former letterwinners for the first year. To sign up for the C Club, click here or the link at the top of the page. If you are a former Moc, be sure to share this link on social media and let as many of your teammates know about this new organization.
Benefits of the C Club include everything that comes with a Mocs Club membership at the Starter Level. Other perks include invitations to semiannual events held throughout the year, the opportunity to network with former student-athletes and members of the UTC Athletics family and periodic e-newsletters and updates from Director of the C Club.
