Register Now for the 2011 Women's Football Clinic
Back again for 'Year Two,' the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga football team will host the 2011 Women's Football Clinic, inspired by Memorial Health Care System, on Friday, July 29.  Last season's inaugural clinic was a resounding success for the nearly 50 ladies who took part in the evening of fun and football at Finley Stadium.

Doors open to the Stadium Club at Finley Stadium at 6:00 p.m. (E.D.T.) for preregistration and the social hour. Get there early to meet the coaching staff and mingle with other Mocs fans prior to the start of the clinic.  Head coach Russ Huesman and his staff will be on hand to provide an exciting evening of football and fun for all of the ladies in the Chattanooga area.

The formal part of the night kicks-off at 7:00 p.m.  This year, the Mocs coaches have added new twists to the on-field coaching and instruction; positions, plays and penalties demonstrations and the Mocs' home locker room tour.  Afterwards, there will be a discussion panel with the wives of the UTC staff and a Q&A session with Coach Huesman and his wife, Amy.

Ladies interested in taking part in the clinic can get in for the early price of $30 if they register by July 15. After that, the cost for admission is $40 through pre-registration or at the door. UTC students, faculty and staff can get in for $25 per person. All attendees will receive an official women's clinic T-Shirt and door prizes and awards will be given out throughout the evening.

All proceeds from the 2011 Women's Football Clinic will go to support the Huesman's Huddle program. Entering its third year, Huesman's Huddle is a very popular allotment of tickets donated by Mocs fans, alumni and supporters that are used to provide free admission to home football games to underprivileged fans.

The UTC athletics department takes the allotment of tickets and actively seeks out local youth and charitable organizations and needy families in the Chattanooga area to use the Huesman's Huddle tickets for each home game. In return, the fans using the Huesman's Huddle tickets help make Finley Stadium a rowdy atmosphere for all Mocs' home games. For more information on Huesman's Huddle, click here.
