Seniors Manuel Barroetavena (Buenos Aires, Argentina) and Ankit Chopra (Chandigrah, India) both lost their semifinal singles matches. Barroetavena fell to ETSU's Rogerio Ribeiro in the top draw (6-1, 6-1). Chopra was playing in the No. 3 Flight and lost to Samford's Austin Ackers (6-3, 6-1).
Disterdick (Hixson, Tenn.) and Grigorjevs (Riga, Latvia) posted an 8-2 win over Guilherme Pansera and Sam Kellett in the semis of the No. 4 doubles flight. They will face UNCG's Danny Mack and Cameron Smith in Sunday's finals at 8:30 a.m. (E.D.T.).
Disterdick is also the lone singles player still alive for the Mocs. He defeated Kennesaw State's Matthew Johnson (6-0, 6-2) in the semifinals of the No. 4 backdraw. He will meet Lee's Patrick Kim in tomorrow's finals at 10:00 a.m.
Senior's Roberto Vieira (Bedfordview, South Africa) and Chris Smith (Johnson City, Tenn.) advanced to the finals of the No. 1 doubles backdraw. Chopra and senior Stephen Crofford (Franklin, Tenn.) are also in the No. 3 backdraw finals.
