KRYGER POSTS TOP 5
Rising junior Mette Kryger (Nivaa, Denmark) opened the summer schedule with two top 15 finishes in her native Denmark. She began finishing fourth at the Nordea Furesopokalen (May 18-19). Two weeks later, Kryger ended up 14th at the Danish International Championship (May 31-June 2). Her 69 at Silkeborg Golf Club on the second 18 at the Danish International is low so far through seven rounds.
Next up for Kryger is the Danish Match Play Championship June 21-23. A week later, she and Southern Conference Champion Agathe Sauzon (Valence, France) tackle the Swiss Ladies Amateur at Lausanne Golf Club in Lausanne, Switzerland. Sauzon competed at British Ladies Am Qualifying this week but fell short at Machynys Peninsula in Carmarthenshire, Wales.
2012 SoCon Champion Jordan Britt first summer event is the Tennessee Women’s Amateur June 24-28. This year’s tourney is at the Vanderbilt Legends Club South Course in Franklin. Britt finished in the final four in her last two Tennessee Am outings (2010 & 2011).
Porsche Campbell (Vancouver, Canada) makes it a foursome playing the week of June 25-28. She is entered in the British Columbia Women’s Amateur at Pitt Meadows Golf Club in the town of Pitt Meadows.

Emma de Groot (2008-11) is at the Decatur-Forsyth Classic presented by Tate & Lyle and Decatur Parks District in Decatur, Ill., on the Symetra Tour this weekend. Her best finish so far in four starts on the tour that leads to the LPGA in 2013 is 12th shooting 214 (71-70-73). LIVE SCORING
Christine Wolf (2008-11) is currently No. 31 on the LET Access Series Order of Merit. Her best finish in four starts on the tour that is one step away from the Ladies European Tour is tied for 12th at the Ocho Golf Ladies Open in Spain. She was the first round co-leader with her professional-best 65 before finishing 54 holes at 212. The next event is the Ingaro Ladies Open July 25-27 in Stockholm, Sweden.
Maria Juliana Loza (2009-12) is headed to Stanford’s prestigious School of Engineering for her Master’s work after graduating Summa Cum Laude in May with a near perfect 4.0 grade point average. This summer she is working in Los Angeles as an engineering apprentice with the Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
