Started all 32 games for the Mocs at the point…named to Bob Cousy Award watch list which is presented to the nation’s top point guard…MVP of Dr Pepper Classic…Hoosier Classic All-Tournament team…led the SoCon in assists (6.2) and assist-turnover ratio (2.2)…ranked No. 15 nationally in assists and 48th in A/TO…UTC’s all-time assist leader with 538…passed form record holders Tim Brooks (1992-93) and Wes Moore (1996-99) on a feed to Ronrico White at Kentucky…Bell is 10th all-time on the SoCon assists list …his season total of 197 assists ranks as third-best in school history behind Tim Brooks’ 1993 (209) and 1992 (205) efforts…recorded the program’s third triple-double of the DI era with 12 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists at College of Charleston (Tim Brooks at Western Carolina - 2/1/92 - 16/10/16 & Gary Robb vs Southern - 12/29/92 - 13/10/17)...set a new career high with 16 assists (narrowly missed triple-double with 10 points and nine rebounds) against Longwood missing school record by just one…Dean’s List, Athletic Director’s Honor Roll and SoCon Honor Roll.

2010-11
Started 31 of 32 games with one non-start due to illness…second team All-Conference (media)…named to the Bob Cousy Award watch list…second in SoCon in assists per game (5.7) and in assist/turnover ratio (2.4), while ranking seventh in three-pointers made per game (1.9)… 24th nationally in assists and 30nd in A/TO ratio…third on the team in scoring (9.7 ppg) and free throw pct (73.0)…team leader in steals with 28 and minutes played (34.5/gm)…played 36.7 minutes per game in SoCon outings…recorded five or more assists in 19 games…made 100th career trey vs. Furman (16th Moc to reach that total)…22nd DI player to record 1,000 minutes in a season at UTC with 1,105…career-high 25 points with five rebounds and five assists (no TO’s) in 44 minutes leading Mocs to share of SoCon North title at Samford with eight field goals made (6 3pt)…tied career high with six three-pointers made at No. 20 Tennessee in scoring a game-high 20 points…took a charge at the buzzer to clinch 69-68 win at Marshall…dominated play with a career high of 13 assists in home win over App State in SoCon opener, adding a then-season-high five rebounds…tied then-career high with 23 points at Elon while also grabbing five boards...13 points and season-high seven rebounds in win at UNC Greensboro making four treys in six attempts…nearly recorded a triple-double with 12 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists in the win over College of Charleston…then-career-high 24 points with eight assists and three steals in home win over UNCG playing 48 of a possible 50 minutes making 8-13 from field and 6-10 from 3pt range.

2009-10
Started 32 of 33 appearances with one non-start due to illness…18 games with five or more assists, seven with seven or more…had three games with double-digit assists with a high of 11 against Longwood…12 double figure scoring nights…scored a team-high 23 points with seven assists and four rebounds playing 39 minutes in the win over East Tennessee State…led the Mocs to a road win at Jacksonville State with 17 points, five rebounds and eight assists…great all-around performance with 20 points, eight rebounds and six assists in win over Eastern Kentucky hitting six three-pointers, most well beyond the arc…named to Dr Pepper Classic All-Tournament team…most memorable play of the year was his buzzer-beating three-pointer to beat The Citadel 56-54 at home…16 points, five rebounds and six assists in helping the Mocs past Davidson…159 assists is the fifth highest total on the school’s season record list…4.8 assists per game ranked second in the SoCon.

2008-09
Keegan sat out 2008-09 due to NCAA transfer rules. 

VANDERBILT
Played one season as a reserve guard…played in 34 games averaging 2.7 points and 2.8 assists in 13.5 minutes per game…scored a scored a season-high 12 points, hitting four three-pointers, in December overtime win at DePaul…made two important threes in scoring eight points to key the January home win over UMass. 

HIGH SCHOOL
Keegan was highly sought recruit out of Hazel Green High School…rated as a top 25 guard by Rivals and Scout.com, respectively, No. 115 overall by HoopScoop and was a Bob Gibbons All-Star…averaged a double-double with 19.3 points and 10 rebounds per game in his one season at Hazel Green hitting 43 percent of his three-point attempts…led the Trojans (25-7) to the 6-A Area 15 regular season and tournament championships and to the quarterfinals of the state tournament…first team All-State, All-Metro and All-Area as well named Birmingham News Super Five…posted 25 points and 11 assists per game as a junior at Bob Jones High School in Madison, Ala….scored 2,155 points and dished out 1,035 assists for his prep career…coached by his father, Dan Bell.

PERSONAL
Born May 11, 1988 in Greenville, N.C….parents are Dan and Diana Bell with a brother Zach and sister Bailee…majoring in Public Administration and Non-Profit Management…selected Chattanooga over Michigan, Notre Dame and Butler after choosing Vandy out of high school over the likes of Georgia, LSU and Ole Miss.
