Meet the Mocs Sunday at the Market

The Chattanooga Mocs will host their annual Meet the Mocs on Sunday, Aug. 17.  This year’s event is incorporated with the Chattanooga Market and will run throughout the day from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. 

Teams in attendance include football, volleyball, spirit & cheer, cross country, and softball, along with both basketball, tennis and golf teams.  Come on out and enjoy the opportunity to get face to face with your favorite Mocs student-athletes.

The football team will takes its team photo at Finley Stadium at 1230 p.m. before heading over to sign autographs from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. just outside of the main entrance of to the First Tennessee Pavilion.

Women’s Golf – 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Men’s Golf – 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Wrestling – 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Volleyball – 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Men’s Basketball – Noon – 2:00 p.m.
Football – 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Spirit & Dance – 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Women’s Tennis – 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Track/Cross Country – 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Softball – 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Women’s Basketball – 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Chattanooga football opens its 2014 home schedule on Saturday, Sept. 6.  The 14th-ranked Mocs host No. 6 Jacksonville State at 6:00 p.m.  Season tickets are on sale now on GoMocs.com or by calling the UTC Ticket Office at (423) 266-MOCS (6627). 

The soccer team’s home opener is Friday, Aug. 29 against Tennessee Temple in Finley Stadium.  The volleyball team’s first home game is Tuesday, Sept. 2 against Kennesaw State in Maclellan Gym, while the Cross Country team hosts the Powerade Invitational on Friday, Sept. 5 at Moccasin Bend.
