2011 • SOPHOMORE SEASON:  Played in all 11 games, starting three of the last four games in the nickel package ...  had 20 tackles on the year ... made two interceptions ... finished 19th in the nation with a 26.0 KOR average ... 44-yard KOR vs. The Citadel ... first career INT vs. Western Carolina ... career-high six tackles against Elon.     

2010 • FRESHMAN SEASON:  One of two true freshmen to see action ... started as a 17-year old true freshman at No. 5 Jacksonville State in place of the injured Buster Skrine ... forced a fumble that led to a defensive TD against the Gamecocks ... added five solo tackles in the game ... posted 19 tackles on the season ... also started against EKU ... forced a fumble against Elon.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Two-star defensive back by Rivals.com and Scout.com from Whitehaven High School in Memphis, Tenn ... led the Tigers to a 21-6 record the last two seasons...posted an 11-3 mark as a senior...played for head coach Rodney Saulsbury...invited to the U.S. Army National Combine following his junior season where he was the Defensive MVP...recorded nine interceptions as a senior...selected to the Autozone All-Star game...also returned kicks at Whitehaven.
