ONEONTA, Ala. – The Chattanooga women’s golf team is fifth after two rounds Saturday of the Sixth Annual Samford Women’s Intercollegiate at the par-72, 6,987 yard Limestone Springs Golf Course in Oneonta, Ala.
The Lady Mocs were third after the first round with a 300 and followed it with a 303 in the afternoon round. Freshman Emma de Groot shot even par in the first round then followed with a 1-under 71 for a two-round score of 143. She is two strokes off the lead held by

Freshman Christine Wolf is tied for 12th with a two-round score of 148 after shooting back-to-back 74’s. Sophomore Katie Taylor shot a first-round 72 tying her for the fifth spot after 18 holes, but a second round 83 dropped her to 26th with a 155. Sophomore Kayla Stewart shot an 82 in the opening round and came back with a 75 in round two for a two-round score of 157, just two shots behind
