On Maria Juliana Loza's Play:
"It's been a great four years, it sad it had to end like this. It's bittersweet, kind of like Christine (Wolf) and Emma (de Groot) last year. She got school done with and put a few things behind her and I had no doubt in my mind she'd get to nationals either leading the team or as an individual. She came here with that goal and unfortunately it was a rough ending.

"She hit the ball wonderfully today. She just missed a lot of 4-5 foot putts."

On Jordan Britt's Final Round:
"We had a talk this morning and I'm not going to tell you what I said, but I knew it would hit home with some of them. I knew it would hit home with Jordan and she came out to prove herself today."

On the Season:
"It's been a failure of a year for us other than winning the conference championship, which is a big deal for us. We touched on that this morning. For our standards and what we expect of ourselves, it was a disappointing year and a disappointing end. We didn't play very well here. People keep telling me we're young but I don't like that excuse. We are young and have some growing up to do. If you look at what Maju shot as a freshman in regionals and nationals, it was nothing to write home about. So there is something for them to aspire to...to become the kind of player she became."
