CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. --- The Chattanooga Mocs women's golf team is closer to returning to campus - classes start August 20. But until they do, here is an update of their summer activity:

Kryger Third at Danish International Ladies Championship
Mette Kryger (Nivaa, Denmark) finished third in the Danish International Ladies Championship at Silkeborg Golf Club in Silkeborg, Denmark. She shot 79-75-75-78 on the difficult track finishing behind Nicole Broch Larsen and Emily Pedersen. Larsen is ranked No. 19 in the world, while Pedersen is 114th.

Duvernay Just Misses Top 10 at European International Amateur
Marion Duvernay (Publier, France) tied for 13th at the European International Amateur. She shot even par 284 playing solidly throughout. She had the round of the year on day two with a four-under par 67 sitting comfortably in the top five after 36 holes. Duvernay shot 70 (-1) to open the event and closed with a 73 (+2) and 74 (+2). The event was played at Diners Golf and Country Club in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
