The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga will host the annual Spring Game on Saturday, March 31 at Finley Stadium.  What started as the final scrimmage of spring football practice has become a campus-wide activity, incorporating other programs and events.

This year's spring game is the culmination of the year-long 125th Anniversary celebration at UTC.  The Lady Mocs soccer team starts the day with an Alumni Match at 9:00 a.m. (E.D.T.).  That is followed by a full squad scrimmage against Bryan College at 10:00 a.m.

The football team will hold its annual FREE Kids Clinic beginning at Noon on the field at Finley Stadium.  The team takes the field for warm-ups at 1:10 p.m. with the Spring Game kicking off at 2:00 p.m.

Free hotdogs, courtesy of the UTC Mocs Club, and FREE Coke products, courtesy of the Chattanooga Coca-Cola Bottling Company will be available while supplies last.  The concessions stands on the south side of Finley Stadium will also be open during the game.

Look for FREE seat cushion, koozie and T-shirt giveaways from the Mocs train under the scoreboard.  There will also be live music from the Long Gone Darlings, finalists in the McKay's Road to Nightfall competition from 12:30-1:45 p.m.

Be sure to stick around following the football scrimmage as head coach Russ Huesman hands out awards.  He will announce the Spring Game Offensive and Defensive MVP, the recipient of  the Bob Davis Winter Warrior Award and name team captains for the 2012 season.
