The Capital One Academic All-District Teams are made up of student-athletes from eight regions across the country. UTC is in District 3 that includes all Division I programs (FBS & FCS) in Tennessee, North Carolina and Virginia.
Nominees must be in their second year at an institution and have at least a 3.3 cumulative grade-point-average. CoSIDA members then vote on the all-district teams, based on academic and athletic performance.
