Thoughts on the game:
"I think it was going to go either one of two ways today. In my mind, I tried to play out everything. We are so young and inexperienced, this was the first big, meaningful game. The more I thought about it the more pressure I was going to put on them, so if we dropped the ball today...I would rather drop the ball today, than drop the ball next Friday or Saturday, and we dropped the ball today. You are going to have to play in meaningful games to get experience in meaningful games."
"They came out and had a lot to prove. They were playing for an awful lot today too. They made shots and they made tough shots. We were not as alert as we needed to be. They got happy and we didn't handle things really good."
"They wanted to win this just as bad as we did. It was their Senior Night. They were prepared, they were organized and they were ready. They have a good basketball team. We are going to have to have short memories and we will figure this out. We will regroup and now the new season starts."
