Kyzer Nets Four for 2014 Soccer Roster

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. --- University of Tennessee at Chattanooga head coach J.D. Kyzer netted three signees for the 2014 women’s soccer season. Abby Linder, Hannah Dunn, McKenzie Gregg and Brandy Herrera submitted their NLI’s to Chattanooga on the first day of National Signing Day.

ABBY LINDER
Center Midfielder
Member of the Tennessee ODP State Team (2008-09; 20010-11: Regional Camp; 2011-12)

Germantown High School – Germantown, Tenn.
- Four-year letterwinner
- Four-year Shelby County “Best of Preps” selection
- Three-time Tennessee All-Star Team selection
- Coaches’ Award recipient as a senior
- Three-time Offensive MVP
- Scored 35 goals and recorded 32 assists
- Led the team in scoring for three years and led in assists all four years

Mid South Futbol Club
- Seven-year starter – member for nine years
- Served as team captain for three years
- State semifinalist in 2010, 2011, 2012
- Team won a seven-day tournament in Agropoli, Italy in Spring 2010
- Member of the MFC ’93 team that played in the US Club Soccer Regionals in Dallas in 2009 and 2010

Collierville Soccer Club (Lobos)
- Centermid for two years
- State semifinalist tournament
- Started 525 of 527 games
- Scored 198 goals
- Made 30-of-33 penalty kicks


HANNAH DUNN
Goalkeeper

Cookeville High School – Cookeville, Tenn.
- Helped team to the 2010, 2011 and 2013 District 6-AAA title
- Team claimed the Region 3-AAA title in 2013
- Led team to its first-ever state tournament appearance and school-record for wins (18)
- Team recorded 17 straight games without a loss
- Four-year letterwinner
- Named District 6-AAA Defensive MVP as a senior
- Selected First Team All-District and All-Region
- Named team MVP as a senior
- Recorded 10 shutouts and over 100 saves as a senior and allowed less than one goal per game
