Ortiz Joins 2014 Soccer Signing Class

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. --- University of Tennessee at Chattanooga women’s soccer head coach J.D. Kzyer announced the addition of Amanda Ortiz to the 2014 signing class. She joins Abby Linder, Hannah Dunn, Mackenzie Gregg and Brandy Herrera.


AMANDA ORTIZ

- Four-year varsity starter
- 2012 Division I Class AAA All-State
- Two-time Shelby County Best of Preps selection (2011, 2012)
- TSSAA Division II State Quarterfinalist
- Led team in scoring in 2012 with 27 goals and 18 assists
- Rush select for President’s Day Tournament in Phoenix in 2012
- Helped the team to the 2010-2013 District, Region and Sub-State Championships
- Led team to first state championship tournament in 2012
