LEGENDS WEEKEND
Legends Weekend is Feb. 8-9 as former Mocs and Lady Mocs return to the Roundhouse to be honored and to fellowship. There is a private reception on Friday the 8th with a public celebration slated for Saturday afternoon. The former Chattanooga stars will be honored during the doubleheader with the women facing Elon (5 p.m.) and the men taking on College of Charleston (7:30 p.m.).

MR. 1,000
"Voice of the Mocs" Jim Reynolds is coming up on his 1,000th Chattanooga basketball game. His first was November 29, 1980, an 82-53 win over Maryville. UTC won its first of 18 regular-season titles that season. A coincidence? We think not. The school has won more than 600 games since Reynolds took over as "Voice of the Mocs" in 1980. He's in his 33rd season and will be celebrated at the February 21st game vs. UNCG.

He coached collegiately at four institutions (Birmingham Southern, Western Kentucky and Stetson) amassing a 420-229 mark in 22 seasons.
