Mt. PLEASANT, S.C. – The loser’s bracket game between No. 1 Chattanooga and No. 7 Appalachian State, originally scheduled for 10:00 a.m., was delayed by severe weather surrounding the Charleston, South Carolina area. First pitch is now scheduled for 11:45 a.m. The remainder of the day's games will follow at 1:45 p.m., 3:45 p.m. and 5:45 p.m.

The game is the first of four on the third day of the 2008 Southern Conference Tournament, including three in the loser’s bracket.

When play begins, Chattanooga will need wins against Appalachian State and the winner of the Elon/College of Charleston game in order to advance to play on Saturday, May 10.
