In addition, the Mocs had four student-athletes honored for their play in 2010-11.  Junior Stephan Jaeger won his second straight Golfer of the Year award and third consecutive berth on the All-SoCon team.  He was joined by sophomore Steven Fox and freshman Benni Weilguni on the all-conference squad.

Weilguni was awarded SoCon All-Freshman team honors along with Davis Bunn.  Despite leading a squad that returned two starters and included three freshmen in the starting lineup this season, that improved its ranking from last year after losing two four-year starters and leading a team that beat three top 15 programs during the spring, head coach Mark Guhne did not win his fourth Coach of the Year honor for his stellar work this season.

The Mocs now await word of their NCAA Regional location on May 9.  Stay informed with GoMocs.com.
