- Chattanooga loses 77-69 at UNCG in Southern Conference North Division action...UTC is now 8-13, 3-5 in the league, while the Spartans are 6-13, 4-4.

- Mocs are now 18-13 all-time against UNCG including 14-11 in regular-season SoCon play...8-7 at UNCG.

- Head Coach John Shulman is 140-140 in his ninth season...10-8 vs. UNCG, 3-6 on the road.

- 2nd of three in a row on the road for Chattanooga...3-6 away from Chattanooga in 2012-13.

- SoCon leading scorer Trevis Simpson had school-record tying 41 points today for UNCG...27 came in the first half... most points allowed to an opponent since Davidson's Stephen Curry had 41 on Dec. 13, 2008.

- UTC was beaten on the boards 39-34...allowed 16 offensive rebounds compared to just eight on its own end...even so, led the Spartans 12-6 in second chance points.

- Mocs shot 44.0 percent, 22 of 50 from the UNCG to 40.6 percent shooting, 26-64.

- Chattanooga was 19 of 27 from the free throw line, 70.4 percent...sixth time shooting 70 percent or better on the season.

- UNCG shot 37.9 percent from three-point range...hit 50 percent (10-20) in the first half but just 11.1 percent (1-9) in the second.

Sophomore Guard Ronrico White
- 15 points, four rebounds and three steals tonight...4-9 FG, 2-7 3pt and 5-6 FT.
- 10th time scoring in double figures this season, 15th career.

Junior Forward Z. Mason
- 4th double-double of the season and third in last four games with 18 points and 11 rebounds.
- Was 6-15 from field, 1-2 from 3pt range and 5-6 from free throw line.

Junior Forward Sam Watson
- Tied career high with seven points in 20 minutes today.
- 2-2 FG and 3-3 FT.

Freshman Guard Gee McGhee
- Career-high six assists.
- Added 12 points, four rebounds and two steals.
