Message from Director of Athletics Rick Hart
The Porky’s Open Golf Tournament presented by BlueCross and BlueShield of Tennessee is the only privately-supported golf tournament which dedicates 100% of its efforts and revenues to assist with the scholarship needs of UTC student-athletes. This event is the largest annual fundraiser for the UTC Athletics Department!
Through the combined efforts of many of our friends, this golf event has proven to be one of the premier golf outings within the Chattanooga area. Over $700,000 has been raised to offset the rising scholarship costs within the past nine years.
I now ask you to join us in the 10th Annual Porky’s Open Golf Tournament presented by BlueCross and BlueShield of Tennessee by your participation, whether it be playing, sponsoring or volunteering to help make this a special event. Your participation provides the Mocs with the resources they need to be successful in the classroom, in competition and in life. Thanks for your continued support and GO MOCS!
Special Thanks to the 2009 Corporate Sponsors
2009 corporate sponsorships opportunities are still available. For more information call Brandon Potts at (423) 425-4233.
