University of Tennessee at Chattanooga women's tennis head coach Jeff Clark was on the court this weekend in Huntsville, Ala., helping lead Tennessee to the Southern Senior Cup title in the men's 35 division.  The Southern Senior Cup included over 300 players in team competition from nine states in the USTA Southern Region.

Clark went undefeated on the weekend, posting a pair of doubles and one singles win.  He teamed with John Fritts for a (6-1, 6-1) win over Kentucky's Chad Dyer and Jeff Hechema on Friday.  Tennessee went on to beat Kentucky 3-0 to advance to the semifinals.

In the semis against top-seeded Alabama, Clark and Chris Goer beat Tomas Catar and Joc Simmons (6-3, 6-1) for the deciding point in a 2-1 team win.  Clark then won his only singles outing, a (6-2, 6-2) victory against South Carolina's Chris Henderson in the championship match.  Tennessee went on to defeat second-seeded South Carolina 3-0.

Clark just wrapped up the fifth season of his second tenure as head coach of the Lady Mocs.  UTC went 16-6 in 2012, the most wins for the program since 1999.
