Three-Point Shot: Lance Stokes
1) Lance averaged 24.3 minutes per game which ranked fifth on the team. He posted 3.9 points and 3.7 rebounds per game shooting 51.3 percent from the field. His numbers don’t tell the whole tale as coaches were heard on several occasions after games lauding his contributions that simply don’t show on the stat sheet.

2) Top Play: Lance was a key figure on a game-winning sequence in the overtime road triumph at Western Carolina. We’re in overtime down four inside 30 seconds to play when Ronrico White stroked a deep three-pointer to cut it to one. Stokes created chaos on the in-bounds pass and combined with Gee McGhee to force a turnover on a jump ball with 13 ticks left on the clock. Casey Jones scored on the ensuing play which proved to be the game-winner.

3) Best game: Stokes was a key figure in the Mocs’ first DI win of the season. His 13 points and seven rebounds against IUPUI sparked an 87-76 victory in Las Vegas. He hit four-of-seven from the field and five-of-six at the free throw line adding a block and steal in a career-high 36 minutes of action. is the official website of the Chattanooga Mocs.  The Mocs can also be followed on their official Facebook page or on Twitter.  Find out how to join the UTC Mocs Club and support more than 300 student-athletes by clicking here.
