Shulman Makes Pitch this Week
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.---Times are busy for the Chattanooga basketball program as Signing Day looms this Wednesday, April 15. All the “I’s” are being dotted and the “T’s” crossed as a wealth of opportunity awaits this year’s signing class.
As Head Coach John Shulman makes his recruiting pitches, he and his team is going to take time out to make another pitch as the Mocs are slated to throw out the first pitch at the Chattanooga Lookouts, Double-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers, home opener Tuesday night. The Lookouts host the Montgomery Biscuits at 6:15 p.m. The Biscuits are affiliated with the Tampa Bay Rays.
“I am a baseball guy,” said Shulman. “The Lookouts have been a vital part of this community for years and for us to get to be a part of opening day is a thrill.”
