SCOUTING CHATTANOOGA (19-8, 14-4 SoCon)
HEAD COACH: Wes Moore (Tennessee, 1985)
Chattanooga: 326-107/14th season • Career: 526-163/23rd season
Mathematically, the Lady Mocs are still in the hunt for an 18th Southern Conference crown. However, that means Chattanooga must win both games this weekend against Davidson and Appalachian State and that Samford must get wins over both teams as well. Chattanooga with a 5.4 scoring margin, is ranked fourth in the league in scoring offense (62.3) and scoring defense (56.9). UTC is shooting 38.6 percent from the field and 29.9 percent from the 3-point line with six treys per game. At the charity stripe, the Lady Mocs are second in the SoCon making 73.3 percent of their attempts. Chattanooga is second in rebounding offense with 41.5 rebounds per game and allow just 36.5 to its opponents. Whitney Hood leads the league in field goal percentage making 50 percent of her shots and is ranked sixth in the league with 12.8 ppg. Kayla Christopher, with a team-high 45 3-pointers, is second on the team in scoring with 10.2 points per game and is fifth in the league for 3-point field goal percentage making 38.5 percent of her attempts. Taylor Hall leads the team in rebounding with 8.7 per game, second best in the conference, and is fourth on the team in scoring. Kylie Lambert, third on the team in scoring with 8.6 per game, is second on the team in rebounding with 6.2 boards per game.

SCOUTING DAVIDSON (20-7, 16-2 SoCon)
HEAD COACH: Michele Savage (Northwestern, 1993)
Davidson: 34-24/2nd year • Career: same
The Wildcats are on a nine-game win streak and reached the 20-win plateau for just the second time in school history. Davidson is 16-2 in Southern Conference action, a school record for SoCon wins, and tied atop the league standings with Appalachian State. The Wildcats won both meetings with the Mountaineers. Sophia Aleksandravicius has 11 double-doubles this season and leads the league in rebounding with 9.3 boards per game and blocked shots with 3.2 per game. Laura Murray is tied for second in the SoCon for scoring with 14.7 points per game and has had 23 double figure scoring games this season.

CHATTANOOGA vs. DAVIDSON
Chattanooga holds a 29-9 advantage over the Wildcats and have won 24 of the last 26 games. On the road, the Lady Mocs are 14-6 against Davidson with the Wildcats winning the meeting earlier this year. At home, Chattanooga has won 12 straight against the Wildcats and are 14-3 all time in the Scenic City.
