- Chattanooga scored an 80-52 win over Auburn in McKenzie Arena today…Lady Mocs improve to 4-1 overall while the Tigers drop to 3-2.

- The Lady Mocs won their 30th consecutive home game today…it is the longest home court winning streak in school history and the second longest in the nation.  Only Baylor’s current run of 61 wins at home is longer. 

- UTC is 4-2 against the SEC over the last two seasons…Chattanooga avenged last year’s 53-40 loss at Auburn on Dec. 19. 

- UTC is 3-10 all-time against Auburn…3-3 in Chattanooga.

- This is the last home game for UTC of the calendar year…Lady Mocs will play the next eight games away from McKenzie home game is Jan. 4 against Georgia Southern.   

- Chattanooga hit six of its first eight shots to go up 14-0 in the first 4:25 of play.

- The 28-point win is tied for UTC’s biggest victory against an SEC team…Lady Mocs also beat Alabama 62-34 on Dec. 15, 2007 in McKenzie Arena.

- UTC shot a season-high 50.9% (29-57) from the floor.

- Chattanooga had a season-high 11 steals and a season high 18 assists.

- UTC committed a season-low seven turnovers.      

Alex Black – Sr.-G
- Season-high 13 points.
- Shot 5-6 from the field and 3-3 from 3-pt. range.
- Added a season-high three assists.

Ashlen Dewart – Sr.-F
- Tied a season-high with 13 points.
- Shot 5-3 from the field, 1-1 from 3-pt. range and 2-2 from the FT line.
- Added five boards.

Meghan Downes – Sr.-G
- Season-high 17 points on 6-14 shooting, 2-7 from 3-pt. range and 3-3 from the FT line.
- Tied a career-high with three steals.

Taylor Hall – Sr.-F
- Team-highs with eight boards, seven assists and five steals.
- Added eight points on 4-10 shooting.
- Tied a career-high for assists in second-straight game.
- Came into the game second in the SoCon with 20 assists.
- Career-high for steals. 

Alicia Payne – So.-G
- Three assists and no turnovers in 27 minutes at the point. 
- 14 assists against four turnovers in five games this season.
