CHATTANOOGA:  Saw action in 11 games with three career starts...ended the Spring No. 2 on the QB depth chart going into his senior year...totaled 710 yards passing on 45-94 attempts...six TDs and nine INTs...had two TD passes that went for more than 60 yards.

 

2009 • SENIOR SEASON:  Moved to the back-up QB slot after Jare Gault transitioned to receiver...saw first action of the season against Wofford...had a four-yard completion at Elon...saw action at Alabama. 

 

2008 • JUNIOR SEASON:  Saw action in five games with two starts...got the call against Florida State and Jacksonville State...456 yards passing with four TDs and four picks on the year...15-27 for a career-high 320 yards, most yards by a Moc since 2004, with three TDs and a pick against Cumberland...5-8 for 106 yards against Florida...had a 62-yard TD pass against Florida State...91.2 passing yards per game and a 119.5 efficiency were both highest among the three active QBs on the team...Athletic Director’s Honor Roll in the fall.

 

2007 • SOPHOMORE SEASON:  Played in three games with one start...completed 50 percent of his passes (17-of-34) for 250 yards...threw two touchdown passes and five interceptions...lone start came at Jacksonville State in game two for the injured Antonio Miller...completed 10-of-19 pass attempts for 171 yards and four interceptions...threw a 63-yard touchdown pass to wideout Clint Woods...was 4-for-11 passing for 32 yards in his debut against Carson-Newman...went 3-for-4 in the air for 47 yards with an interception and a 31-yard touchdown pass...made Dean’s List Spring 2008 semester.

 

PRIOR TO UTC:  Saw action in one game in 2006, lining up against Buffalo...Golden Flashes went 6-6...redshirted in 2005...practiced with the quarterbacks...wore jersey No. 2...coached at Kent State by Doug Martin.

 

HIGH SCHOOL:  Honorable Mention All-State quarterback as a senior...threw for 1,580 yards and 11 touchdowns, completing 110-of-202 pass attempts...ran for eight TDs...led team to 11-2 overall record and quarterfinals of state playoffs...two-time all-area, all-region and all-county performer...threw for 1,380 yards and 15 touchdowns junior year, playing in just nine games...helped team claim county championship...coached at Sequoyah by Sid Maxwell.
