The Chattanooga Athletics Department announced a new outbound ticket sales partnership with PMI College today. Through this partnership, PMI College will place a trained Ticket Sales Manager of Fan Development in the Athletics Department at UTC. This individual will be tasked with the goal of growing new ticket sales relationships for Mocs Athletics.
"We are excited about the opportunity that our new partnership with PMI College brings to our ticket sales operation," stated Interim Director of Athletics Laura Herron. "We continue to look for ways to improve how we reach new fans and PMI College has the experience to help us provide premier service to our customers."
PMI College is an agency founded by Mark Washo, with special focus and attention on growing revenue through outbound ticket sales. PMI College brings a professional sales approach to all outbound partnerships, with an emphasis of growing one to one fan relationships. Each partnership begins with the creation of a strategic ticket sales Playbook, which is then executed by trained Managers of Ticket Sales and Fan Development. Special emphasis is placed on face to face meetings and being active in the community with aggressive data base building strategies.
