The Chattanooga Lady Mocs softball team registered 10 hits in each game en route to 7-1 and 6-2 wins on Sunday afternoon at the UNCG Softball Complex. Senior catcher Vivian Morimoto (Sao Paulo, Brazil) connected on a grand slam and drove in five runs in game two, while junior first baseman Kasey Tydingco (Fairfield, Calif.) plated five runs in the first game.

The Chattanooga Lady Mocs softball team had two runners on with the game-tying run at second with one out in the seventh before Florida State was able to notch a 1-0 win on Tuesday night at JoAnne Graf Field. Freshman pitcher Taylor Deason (Clarksville, Tenn.) was aided by a solid Lady Mocs defense as the Clarksville, Tenn., native struckout five.
The Chattanooga Lady Mocs softball team completed the series sweep of College of Charleston (10-11, 0-3 SoCon) with an 11-2 five-inning victory on Sunday at Frost Stadium. Senior pitcher Michelle Fuzzard (Huntington Beach, Calif.) notched a two-RBI single in the fourth, bringing her career total to 178 and passing Melissa Ramirez (2002-05) on the Chattanooga (14-8, 3-0 SoCon) all-time list.
