Hall of Fame Nomination Form
The UTC Athletics Department and The Office of Alumni Affairs is accepting nominations for induction into the UTC Hall of Fame.

Selection criteria for former student-athletes is as follows: Must have completed intercollegiate eligibility at least five years prior to selection and possess outstanding athletic achievements. The former student-athlete should be a graduate of UTC but this may be waived on a case-by-case basis.

Coaches, staff, or volunteers of the athletic department are also eligible for nomination. These nominees must have made a significant contribution to the program in a supporting role and must also be a person worthy of the distinction of becoming a member of the UTC Athletics Hall of Fame.
