PRINT-AT-HOME OR MOBILE TICKET DELIVERY
The best way to save time is to purchase your tickets online at GoMocs.com and then either print your tickets in the comfort of your own home or download your tickets to your phone in advance of gameday. This keeps you out of the ticket line and out of the will call line!
UTC TICKET OFFICE IN MCKENZIE ARENA
There are no ticket sales during the week at Finley Stadium, except for Thursday home games. Fans looking to purchase tickets during the week can do so in three ways:
- Order online on GoMocs.com.
- Call the UTC Ticket Office at (423) 266-MOCS (6627).
- Visit the UTC Ticket Office in McKenzie Arena. The ticket office is located at Gate 3 on the concourse level in McKenzie Arena (720 E 4th Street in Chattanooga).
The UTC Ticket Office is open Monday-Friday from 10 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Fans can purchase tickets over the phone or in person during these hours. The UTC Ticket Office at McKenzie Arena is not open on Saturday gamedays.
TICKET BOOTHS ON GAMEDAY
The ticket booth in the First Horizon Pavilion opens four hours prior to kickoff. The ticket booths on the north and south sides of the stadium open three hours prior to kickoff. Credit cards are accepted at all locations.
WILL CALL
Will call is located just outside and to the right of the Pavilion Ticket Booth at the First Horizon Pavilion. Will call opens four hours prior to kickoff. Proper identification is required to pick up your tickets.
PLAYER PASS
Player will call is located on Reggie White Blvd. between the Foundry Gate South and Foundry Gate North entrances, directly across from the First Horizon Pavilion. Tickets can begin being picked up 90 minutes prior to game time. Valid id must be shown to receive your ticket.
STUDENT TICKET INFORMATION
All currently enrolled students receive free admission to home Mocs events during the regular season. If the Mocs are hosting a postseason event for the Southern Conference or NCAA, students may be charged a small fee for those ticketed events. That is decided on a case-by-case basis for each postseason event.
Chattanooga Athletics has an online ticket reservation process for students for select sports. This allows the athletics department to better prepare for anticipated crowds and provide the best game day experience for all fans. Students need to reserve tickets for any home football, men's basketball, and women's basketball games they choose to attend.
Students do not need to reserve tickets for any other sports. When attending any other home regular-season event, please make sure to have your Mocs ID with you.
There are a couple of resources set up for students to learn about how to set up their ticketing account and reserve their tickets online. Here is an online PDF that includes screenshots to walk through the process. There are also step-by-step instructions for students to do this process on a mobile device. Mobile instructions can be found as a highlight on the @GoMocsAthletics Instagram account.
During the online reservation process, students have the ability to select either a print-at-home or mobile ticket. Print-at-home tickets are encouraged if a student does not have a smart phone, has lost their phone, or has a cracked screen which will make scanning a mobile ticket hard to do on game day.

ATM/CASHLESS
There are no ATM machines on the Finley Stadium campus. Concession stands are cashless and take debit and credit cards.
